Refer a Friend to Papilio Talent!

At Papilio Talent, we take pride in having a fantastic network in Malta – we understand that successful, ambitious professionals typically know other successful, ambitious professionals. Our Refer a Friend Scheme has been set up in order to reward our contacts for introducing us to amazing candidates in Malta. Through this scheme, we promise to reward people in Malta for introducing us to successful candidates.

There are no tricks or hidden agendas… if we successfully find a role for your referral we will reward you with a voucher worth €250.

Taking part is simple… Contact our Recruitment Manager via email, including your referrals CV in the attachment (remember to cc your friend into the email, too!). From here we will contact you and your referral, and remain in contact throughout the process to ensure you are kept updated.

Terms and Conditions:
1. If your referred candidate is already on our database, you will not be eligible to participate in our Refer a Friend scheme.
2. The reward of €250 will be settled once the referral has started a new role and completed 3 months of their probation.
3. Only one claim applies per candidate referred. However you are not limited to only one referral scheme, the more successful candidates you refer – the more vouchers!
