Our client, a leading CSP, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant o join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting partners and managing their time by scheduling appointments.
- Managing conference attendance and organising travel arrangements.
- Handling calls and assisting with clients' administrative needs.
- Assisting with billing and internal reporting systems.
- Email and calendar management.
- Preparing meetings and greeting clients.
Requirements:
- A Level standard of education.
- Fluent in both Maltese and English.
- Proficient in using Word and Excel.
- Minimum one year of previous work experience in a similar role.
