We have the pleasure of working with a great client within the financial services industry who is growing their compliance team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Client Onboarding.
- Monitoring existing clients.
- Lead a team of compliance professionals through management and distribution of tasks and review their work.
- Report directly to the MLRO and relevant departments.
- Assist with BRA and REQ preparation as well as carry out Risk Assessments.
- Have an intimate knowledge of complex structures.
- Liaising with authorities as needed.
- Run checks to ensure internal policies and procedures are followed.
- Advise clients on all related aspects of compliance.
- Data entry upkeep related to clients for the internal system.
- KYC management related to clients, and elevating any red flags to the relevant departments.
- Upkeep of internal and BO records.
Requirements:
- Have the proper certifications or educational background within the financial or CSP industry.
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Be IT literate and have a though understanding of MS Office Tools.
- Fluency in English is compulsory.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
