Responsibilities:
- Monitor and check that the company follows all legal local and EU directives, implementing procedures, and compliance legislation in the pensions industry related to licensing.
- Handling EDD/CDD, KYC, compliance related checks and actioning risk assessments for new businesses or clients.
- Monitoring and conducting periodic reviews, and risk assessments for current and new business and clients.
- Handle all escalated queries from relevant teams in relation to compliance protocols and legislation (AML/CFT, SOF/SOW, KYC, etc.).
- Collaborate with other compliance teams in other offices of the organization and assist the Senior Compliance Analyst with any needs which may arise.
- Draft SAR's and elevate them to the attention of the MLRO.
- Always keep up to date with any changes or developments in relation to compliance and AML legislations and information.
Requirements:
- Experience in compliance within a CSP environment is highly valued.
- Anyone with experience who is willing to learn and grow within a lucrative, knowledge rich environment, and who enjoys challenges and the promise of expanding their experience within the pensions industry.
- English fluency is a prerequisite, and knowledge of other languages is seen as an asset.
- Meticulous and able to work on own initiative with minimal to no supervision.
